Have you ever stood in front of the grocery store wall of wine and gone—what?!? Well, we are here to help. Through our postings on social media and responses to your direct inquiries, we will focus on providing you with our thoughts on wines we, personally, are buying at local retailers and what we are pairing these wines with. Your thoughts and comments would be greatly appreciated to expand our and our clients’ knowledge.

But, we are not only here for you, the consumer. We are also available to help local restaurants improve their wine sales. Have you ever had to ask for the wine list because it is not offered? Have you watched the server struggle with opening a bottle of wine? We have seen servers trying to use a cork screw to open a bottle with a screw top and a sparkling wine. When we watched our last server at an upscale restaurant struggle opening a bottle of wine, we asked him what training he had received regarding the selling and serving of wine—“I got to watch the bartender open a bottle once”. Again, we are here to help.
